Hardworking Illinoisans deserve to keep more of their pay! Right now, the state takes a cut of the extra income workers earn through tips and overtime—money that should stay in their pockets, not go to politicians in Springfield.

State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro has introduced two bills to fix this:

HB1898 – Stops Illinois from taxing gratuities (tips)

 HB1899 – Eliminates state income tax on overtime pay
