Reform before Revenue

The budget discussions have come to a screeching halt. The majority party seems to think more revenue will solve our problems, even though they have already tried that tactic failed. They refuse to see that there is an endemic crisis happening in Springfield miring it in the status quo. I came to Springfield with a message to reform this state and change business as usual, but I cant do it alone. The Governor has offered to work with Democrats on revenue, but he's reasonably asking that they consider his reforms to the way this state operates first. Sign this petition if you agree that the Illinois Legislature needs reform before asking taxpayers for more revenue.
