Around 200 area seniors participated in Senate Republican Leader Christine Radogno and House Republican Leader Jim Durkin’s annual Senior Fair on Wednesday in Lemont.  45 local and state vendors were on hand to provide information about programs and services available to seniors, topics included: transportation and assisted living options; home and internet safety; financial security and saving money on utilities.   Seniors who attended were also encouraged to receive free health screenings for blood sugar, hearing loss, thermal posture and blood pressure.
