A: 1. fix how tax revenue is distributed in this state so that communities do not need to impose a “local” tax in order to fund schools. when an addition tax is imposed it hurts the spending power that these families should have.
    2. we need less government regulation in small business. let a business owner operate how they want , and let the choice of people to spend money or not spend money at the business determine if it survives.
    3. Ensure that all recipients of state aid are truly in need or making every effort to better their lives, so that they are not leaching from a family who is truly in need. i.e: drug testing, work/community service programs in return for benefits for those who are able to work and seeking benefits

A: Funding for public schools. Rural communities are on shoe string budgets just to get kids bussed to school! The state owes us $ and our schools are working very hard to work with what they have.

Q: Please list the top three issues that are important to your community.
A: 1) JOBS – There are not enough real jobs with a decent wage/salary and benefits.
    2) TAXES – High taxes are destroying our quality of life.
    3) INFLATION – Some claim there is no inflation. These people are living a sheltered life…they haven’t purchased gasoline, food, clothing, insurance, and health care like the rest of us.
